Le Meridien Fisherman*s Cove re-opened 1st June 2004 as a five star resort following extensive refurbishment. Peacefully tucked away at the southern end of Beau Vallon, Le Meridien Fisherman*s Cove is a step away from white sand and turquoise sea with thatched roofs, granite walls, fountains and nothing higher than the coconut palm trees that surround it. The resort*s 70 guest rooms and suites all face the ocean and feature oversized bathrooms and private terraces or balconies. Le Meridien Fisherman*s Cove offers two restaurants, two bars, a fresh water pool, gym and spa.
